- Enter carton quantities by style, color and size. Totals update automatically.
- Review costs, cubic meters (CBM) and container discounts. Your subtotal, discount and total appear at the top of the tab.
- Change “Still Working On It!” to “Ready to Order!” when you are finished. Karen will follow up to discuss your plans and answer questions.

Two steps to your custom assortment
1. Plan styles, colors and quantities.
We will send a link to your personal worksheet and a PDF reference. Use them to estimate quantities and costs before finalizing designs.
Enter carton quantities by style, color and size. Your worksheet calculates totals, cubic meters (CBM) and any applicable container discounts, so you can review the overall plan as you go.
Buying for multiple stores or ordering different designs within the same style and print? Contact us for additional worksheets or an expanded sheet.
2. Finalize designs and confirm your order.
Once our online order portal is live, use it to choose and finalize your designs. Karen will help you with the next steps and order confirmation.
After designs and the order are confirmed, a deposit is required. We will confirm your delivery timing and the remaining details with you.
The worksheet is a planning tool, not a finalized order.

Considering a shared container? Ask our team about combining orders with a nearby retailer. We will discuss whether a shared order is a fit and confirm the shipping, delivery and unloading arrangements before you commit.
Planning and payment
For Spring 2027 delivery planning, complete your worksheet as soon as possible so we can begin fabric dyeing and cutting. Contact our team for current order timing; delivery arrangements will be confirmed for your order.
A 25% deposit is required after design and order confirmation. The balance is due 2–3 weeks before delivery. A higher deposit may apply to highly specific designs that would be difficult to resell, including non-resort or small-resort names.
